Welcome to Witton Lakes
This website is produced by Friends Of Witton Lakes (FOWL). We are a group of local residents who want to help to maintain and improve this park so that we all get to enjoy this lovely relaxing open space.
Witton Lakes is situated in Erdington between Marsh Hill and Short Heath Road.
We have two lakes, open grassland, wooded areas and wild flower meadows. There are also numerous streams leading in to and out of the lakes and we have recently opened a community orchard within the park boundary.
Amongst other things, Friends Of Witton Lakes undertake litter picks, carry out Ducking Watch (see it's page) and we liase with other local groups and organisations such as Environmental Services, Glendale and Birmingham City Council.
Anyone can join us. See our meeting dates on the news bulletin page and feel free to come along.
